I handle your data with care. Below is what I collect, why, and what your rights are.
Who processes your data

What data, and why
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, I keep your email address to send you the occasional email. Basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe any time, with one click at the bottom of every email.
- E-book. If you request the e-book, I use your email address to send it to you.
- Contact. If you get in touch by email, WhatsApp or the form, I keep what you share so I can reply. Basis: your consent, or my legitimate interest in answering your question.
I collect no more than needed, and I never sell your data.
Who I share data with
I use a few services that process data on my behalf:
- MailerLite for the newsletter and e-book: processes email addresses for delivery.
- Netlify for hosting the website.
Beyond that I don't share your data, unless legally required to.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own, and uses no analytics software such as Google Analytics. What it does use:
- Functional browser storage that remembers you've opened the e-book. It clears as soon as you close the tab.
- The newsletter pop-up may remember that you dismissed it, so it doesn't keep reappearing.
These functional cookies are needed for the site to work properly, so they don't require consent.
How long I keep data
I don't keep your data longer than necessary. Your newsletter email address I keep until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Email info [at] vanderkrolcoaching.com to do so. If we can't resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
