Less analysis, more presence.
Your mind has taken you a long way. For the question you're facing now, you need something else. This is how I work: through your thinking and your body, with Eastern medicine as a map.
When you're focused on doing and results, your energy flows outward.
That doesn't need to stop. The art is to stay present at the same time: in your body, in who you are, while you move.
So that it can flow again: between you and what you do.
01 The mind
Your mind is sharp. For some questions it isn't enough.
We were raised with one system: thinking. Analyse, understand, make a plan, execute. For much of your work, that does the job.
But there's a kind of question your mind can't crack. Often the exact questions where smart, ambitious people get stuck. Not strategy or content. What sits underneath.
Why do I feel empty when everything looks fine? Why do I keep making the same choice when I know better? Why does it cost me so much to be myself at work?
Those questions don't live in your head. They live in your body. In the tension you've carried so long you no longer feel it. In the energy that drains away because you adapt all day. Your mind can describe it in detail. It can't resolve it. For that, there's a different instrument.
02 Your body
Your body knows, before your mind catches up.
Your shoulders rise at a decision that doesn't fit. You breathe out when something does. Your stomach turns at one particular name in your calendar. Those are signals you've been getting for years and skipping over for years.
In a session I watch for them while you talk. That is often where the information sits that thinking alone won't reach.
Once you learn to read those signals, it changes how you move through your day. You notice sooner when something is off. You keep energy left over. And your success starts to feel like yours again.
You already understand what is going on. Understanding alone hasn't fixed it.
I do this work as a NOBCO certified coach, trained in body-oriented therapy.
03 Your energy pattern
A map to read yourself.
Some situations drain you. Others give you energy. It looks random, but there is a pattern in it. That same pattern explains why you keep running into the same wall, each time in a new shape.
I help you see your own energy pattern. Where you're naturally strong, where you tend under pressure, and what you need to top up again. That part doesn't change much over a lifetime. How you handle it does.
This way of looking comes from Eastern medicine, which I trained in for four years. You don't need to know any of it or believe in it. What you notice is that we get to the heart of things faster.
No labels, no boxes. A way to read yourself that finally fits.
What that looks like
It can start this small.
Not as a big turning point. Usually as a moment that looks unremarkable at first.
- Saying out loud what you actually think, instead of the version that keeps things smooth.
- Stepping outside because your body asked, not because the task was done.
- Moving a meeting to a room that inspires you.
- Admitting the plan no longer fits, and moving with what does.
This work doesn't take you somewhere new. It brings you back to yourself, full of life.
