Business sharpness
I know the world you work in. The complexity, the pressure, the expectations. I don't sidestep that context, I bring it with me.
About me
I was a consultant in change management and strategy implementation, I was good at my work, and I lived mostly in my head. This is the story of how I stopped holding myself back, and why I now help other people do the same.

The story
I worked as a consultant and loved the craft. The complex problems, the search for structure in the chaos, walking organisations through change. But I was always in my head. At some point I stopped meeting myself at the end of the day. Sometimes headaches. The feeling of never really landing anywhere.
A longing grew to do more with my whole body, with my senses. I started to listen to it. Small steps: a ceramics workshop, more regular massages, more yoga. Back towards my own felt sense.
That is how I found shiatsu, a Japanese body therapy rooted in Eastern medicine. I still remember lying on a mat for the first time while someone felt my energy move. Something came back that I hadn't even known was gone. That curiosity turned into a four-year training: in the body, the energetic system, and the Eastern philosophy behind it.
I learned to see my own patterns. When I was compensating, giving more energy than was good for me, saying yes while I felt a no. I learned to catch the moment I came out of my head and back into being present. And I felt the limit of how much of myself fit in the environment I worked in.
I didn't want less. I wanted more of myself, and to turn my work from a cage into a playground.
Then I started seeing it everywhere. Smart, ambitious people with a sharp sense and strong intuition, no longer using it. They hadn't lost it. They had just stopped feeling it. They no longer said what they actually knew in a meeting. Their own compass was switched off, at a cost to themselves.
That gap, between who someone really is and how they operate, is exactly what I am here for. I help people find that part again, so they come fully back online, and feel how alive that is.
How I work
The most powerful thing you can bring to your work is the full, unedited version of yourself. Not a more accommodating version. Not a more strategic version. You, with nothing left waiting outside the room. That sounds simple. Getting there is the real work.
I watch what your body does while you talk, because that often says more than your words. It shows me what is really going on, even when the rational explanation sounds convincing. The background for that comes from Eastern medicine, but you don't need to know any of it.
I know the world you work in. The complexity, the pressure, the expectations. I don't sidestep that context, I bring it with me.
Body signals as information, not as a footnote. They are often the shortest route to what lives underneath your words.
A map of where your energy goes and where it gets stuck. It comes from Eastern medicine and is practical enough for an ordinary working week.
Alongside 1:1 coaching, I also pass this work on as a speaker, for teams, events and gatherings. More on the speaker page.
